Days
- Conduct all service, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles within manufacturer timeframes
- Accurately diagnose and resolve malfunctions, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Support colleagues with technical issues and share innovations
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, documenting diagnosis, repairs, and inspections appropriately
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Work effectively within a busy, franchise-approved workshop environment to meet targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Requirements of the LCV/Van Technician:
- Relevant qualification: IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum of one to two years practical experience working as a LCV/Van Technician - Strong team player with high-quality work standards in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
