3.5T Delivery Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting experienced 3.5T Delivery Drivers for ongoing work with an established logistics business based in Gateshead.

Our client operates a busy multi-drop delivery operation covering Gateshead and the surrounding area, with up to 100 parcels per shift and consistent Monday to Friday work.

What’s on offer?

• Temporary ongoing opportunity
• Monday to Friday – 8 to 12 hours per day
• Paid weekly at £14.50 per hour

As a 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries of up to 100 parcels per shift
• Planning and working through your route efficiently
• Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing a professional service to customers at each drop

To be considered as a 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver, you will need:

• A valid UK driving licence
• A minimum of 1 year’s multi-drop experience
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
