Talent Acquisition Delivery Advisor

Morson Edge is pleased to be supporting our client, a Global Organisation, in the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a temporary basis until the end of 2026. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2 days in the office per week based in Central Glasgow. 

 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vacancy requests, ensuring all required information and approvals are in place.

• Manage applications, screen candidates against role criteria, support shortlisting and coordinate interviews and assessments.

• Conduct initial screening conversations where required and manage offer administration through to onboarding.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with internal processes and data protection requirements.

• Monitor recruitment activity, contribute to reporting and ensure hiring processes meet agreed service levels.

• Build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruitment agencies and internal colleagues, providing guidance and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Create engaging job advertisements that clearly communicate role requirements and attract suitable applicants.

• Support recruitment projects, process improvements and additional operational activities during periods of increased demand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, competing priorities and changing workloads.

• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment software or HR platforms; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.

• A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering an efficient, professional and positive candidate experience.

• The ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with colleagues and build relationships with a range of stakeholders.

• An understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management, compliance requirements and data accuracy.

• Experience within a corporate, technical, engineering, consultancy or professional services environment would be advantageous.
