LGV Class 1 Driver

General details & requirements:This will be Wagon and Drag night trunking work, usually starting between 17:00-21:00. – full training will be provided by the customer.Shifts will generally be Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend shifts available.In addition to driving Wagon and Drag vehicles you will also drive LGV1 artic vehicles occasionally.You must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.You will be required to pass an assessment.We will need to provide our customer with a 5 year work history.Candidates must have the following documents:UK C+E licence – ideally with 1 year of practical experience but new drivers are also welcome to apply.UK Digital tachograph cardUK CPC cardPayment information:Please note this position is PAYE only:Monday to Sunday, first 8 hours - £21.40Overtime after 8 hours - £26.476th Day - £31.53Night Shift allowance - extra £11.76 per shiftMinimum 8 hours guaranteedA 1 hour break will be deducted after the minimum hours workedWeekly payments every FridayIf you’re interested in this position or would like any further information, please apply online or feel free to give us a call.
