Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Class 1 (HGV) Drivers for exciting opportunities based in Hardwicke and Sharpness. We have a range of day and night shifts available, with flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle. Tramping roles are also available from the Sharpness location.
As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently to customers. This is a key position within the operation, requiring professionalism, reliability, and a strong focus on road safety.
The Role:
- Driving Class 1 (HGV) vehicles on scheduled routes
- Delivering goods safely and on time
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Ensuring the safety of yourself and other road users
- Representing the business in a professional manner
Salary & Pay Rates:
- 4 on 4 off – Days: £676.71 per week
- 4 on 4 off – Nights: £746.75 per week
- Meal Allowance: £5 per day

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (HGV) licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience preferred but not essential – full mentoring and support available
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Reliable and professional attitude
