Pertemps Milton Keynes is currently recruiting an experienced HGV1 (Cat C+E) Tramper Driver for our client based in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular Monday to Friday work, day runs with overnight stays, and the potential for an ongoing assignment.

The Role

• Business-to-business deliveries
• Typically 2-3 drops per day
• Day runs with overnight stays in the cab
• No handball or heavy lifting required
• Completing vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Delivering goods safely and professionally
• Representing the client to a high standard

Working Hours

• Typically Monday to Friday
• 07:00 start times
• Average 9-hour shifts
• Regular nights out required
• Immediate start available
• Initial requirement is Wednesday to Friday this week, including 2 nights out
• Potential for ongoing work

Expected Earnings This Week

• 27 Hours @ £18.50 = £499.50
• 2 Night Out Allowances @ £25.00 = £50.00

Total Gross Pay: £549.50

Requirements
✔ Valid HGV1 (Cat C+E) Licence
✔ Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
✔ A minimum of two years HGV1 experience.
✔ Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
✔ No more than 6 penalty points
✔ Comfortable sleeping in the cab during nights out
