Class 1 (Cat C+E) Driver

Class 1 Driver – Edinburgh Nightshift
Pay Rate: £20.54 per hour between 19.00 and 08.00. £17.89 all other hours
Hours: Monday to Friday night shift

We’re currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 Driver to join our delivery team based in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver who takes pride in their work and values great customer service.

The Role

• Carrying out a night run from Newbridge/Edinburgh Airport to Charnock Services (near Liverpool) and return
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery documentation
• Providing excellent service to customers
• Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• A valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence held for more than 12 months
• No more than 6 points on licence (no CD/DD endorsements)
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good local geographical knowledge
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility with hours
• Able to attend and pass a short course to qualify you to carry airfreight
