Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for a permanent role with a leading distribution business? Our client is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Class 2 Driver to join their team based in Tiverton.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Start times between 4:00am and 6:00am

• Finish times between 1:00pm and 5:00pm

• Weekly hours to be confirmed

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers while maintaining excellent customer service. This is a physically demanding role involving manual handling and working closely with warehouse teams and Driver's Mates where required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving Class 2 vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries.

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks before starting your route.

• Loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently.

• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

• Planning routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.

• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and driving regulations.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence.

• A valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.

• Previous Class 2 and/or dray delivery experience is preferred.

• Good understanding of the Highway Code and driver legislation.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to undertake manual handling duties.
