Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Shunter Driver to join our client based in West Thurrock on a night shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced Class 2 driver looking for ongoing temporary work with an immediate start.

The Role

As a Class 2 Shunter Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Shunting trailers safely around the site

• Moving vehicles between loading bays and designated areas

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks

• Working closely with the warehouse and transport teams

• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous shunting or yard experience is preferred

• A reliable, safety-conscious approach to work
