HGV Class 1 / 2 Driver

Kenect are hiring HGV Class 1 + 2 drivers for their prestigious client based in the Castle Donington area. This client is offering ad-hoc shifts on a weekly basis, with anything from a couple of days to a full week available. This work offers a fantastic PAYE pay rate of between £15 and £18ph, depending on experience PLUS holidays are accrued on top.

As a HGV Class 1 and/or 2 driver, you’ll be responsible for driving curtain sider vehicles and/or box trailers doing nationwide deliveries to RDCs.

The role:

• Consistent work available
• Day shifts available
• Runs available between Monday and Friday
• Start times between 0500 – 0700
• Paid weekly at £15 – £18 per hour
• Minimum of 8hrs paid per shift
• Immediate starts available

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license with Cat CE
• No more than 6 points on your licence – no DG/DR endorsements due to insurance purposes
• A valid CPC and tacho card
• Hi vis and safety boots
