Job description
As an HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E), you will be completing deliveries to distribution centres (RDCs), ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently, and on time.

This is clean and straightforward Class 1 trunking and RDC delivery work, ideal for experienced drivers seeking stable ongoing work with competitive day rates.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing Class 1 deliveries to distribution centres
• Carrying out RDC to RDC trunking work
• Ensuring all vehicle checks and compliance procedures are completed
• Managing delivery paperwork and tachograph records
• Following all health & safety and transport regulations
• Maintaining professional standards of customer service and driving

 

Pay & Benefits:

• £19 per hour

Shift Patterns:

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (C+E)
• CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 1 / RDC delivery experience preferred
• Good understanding of UK driving laws and compliance
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
