Looking for reliable HGV driving work in Trafford Park? Join HG Recruitment and benefit from competitive pay, weekly wages with our established client. Approximately 6 – 7 hours per shift, but paid for 8 minimum.

Pay Rates: Holiday Pay Inclusive

• Monday to Friday - £18.86
• Saturday - £21.29
• Sunday - £22.41

The role

• Shunting class 2 vehicles around the yard and onto bays
• Load vehicles accurately in line with delivery schedules.
• Secure loads to ensure they are safe for transport.
• Report any defects on vehicles
• Manual handling required
• Temporary
• Minimum 8 hours paid per shift

Requirements

You must have:

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 driving or yard experience is beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable with loading duties
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team A reliable and professional approach
