HGV Class 2 Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver to join an established logistics business based in Darwen on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client offers consistent Monday to Friday deliveries and collections across the BB postcode area, providing stable, ongoing work with an 8am start.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
• Working week of Monday to Friday,
• Shifts starting at 8am start, avering 8 to 12 hours
• £17.93 per hour – inclusive of holiday pay

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing palletised deliveries and collections across the BB postcode area
• Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times
• Completing all delivery paperwork accurately

To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
