Refuse Driver HGV Class 2

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 2 HGV refuse vehicle in line with all regulations
• Collect plastics, cardboard, glass, and household waste efficiently
• Assist loaders to ensure daily collection targets are met
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Deliver excellent customer service as a representative of the company

 

Candidate requirements:

• Valid Class 2 HGV licence with a clean driving record
• Available Monday to Friday, typically 07:00 – 15:30
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong team player
• Previous refuse collection experience preferred
