The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver, you will be responsible for completing residential and commercial waste collections, working alongside a team of loaders to ensure daily routes are completed safely and efficiently.

Key duties include:

• Driving a Class 2 dustcart / refuse vehicle
• Completing scheduled waste and recycling collections
• Working alongside refuse loaders
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Reporting defects and following compliance procedures
• Following health & safety regulations
• Providing a professional waste collection service

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid CPC
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Dustcart / Refuse experience preferred
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
